The data charts (DIN 471/472 "Standard version") and ("DIN 471/472 "Heavy-duty version") also include unstandardized dimensions.
Corrosion-resistant rings > 100 mm Please enquire:
For corrosion-resistant Seeger Rings to DIN 471/472 "Standard Version", rings consisting of the materials X10CrNi18-8, material No. 1.4310 or bronze CuSn8, material No. 2.1030, dimensions in excess of 100 mm nominal diameter, are manufactured only as circlips with assembly holes.
The thickness s=4 (+0,05 mm/-0,10 mm) and the width b=7,5-0,5 mm.
The unstressed diameter d3, the groove diameter d2 and the groove width values m correspond to those of the normal rings.
Rings with a thickness of 5 (+0,05 mm/-0,15 mm) consisting of corrosion-resistant steel can also be manufactured to a width of 12 mm. In this case, specify the material cross section 12x5 when ordering.
